SUMMARY Rivenmoor has reached a major development milestone. Its two cities—Kingshaven and Northspire—and its six villages—Briarwick, Silverholt, Westreach, Ranger's Rest, Stormhollow, and Frostward—are now fully constructed at the settlement level, with their streets and roads paved. The regional travel network connecting these settlements has also been built. Roads have been paved, bridges and massive bridge structures have been completed, tunnels have been constructed, and routes now connect the cities, villages, harbors, and major junctions across Rivenmoor. Every regional route and every road inside the completed settlements now has an official name. The buildings throughout Rivenmoor have been given identities, purposes, and organized street addresses. Their future shops, services, NPC roles, local reputation uses, and quest concepts have been designed in detailed blueprints. All 98 implemented custom gear items are also now represented in ImagineCraft's equipment catalog, giving the wider progression system a complete foundation of armor, weapons, ranged weapons, tools, shields, and horse armor. The next major stage is interior development. Once every building has been furnished and its gameplay purpose has been implemented, the World Guide will be expanded with fully connected databases for NPCs, quests, buildings, shops, services, rewards, and locations, making it easy to research where to go, who to speak with, and what can be found throughout the realm. THE DETAILED DEVELOPMENT UPDATE RIVENMOOR'S COMPLETED SETTLEMENTS The physical settlement-building phase is now complete for Rivenmoor's two cities and six villages: • Kingshaven — Rivenmoor's capital and largest city, including its castle, civic center, market and guild areas, arcane quarter, harbor, arena district, city gates, shops, services, and paved district roads. • Northspire — Rivenmoor's northern city, with its major avenues, civic services, merchant buildings, defenses, specialist shops, and paved streets completed. • Briarwick — an agricultural village with its civic hall, forge, market, farming businesses, local services, and paved roads completed. • Silverholt — a woodland settlement with its town hall, forge, woodworks, nursery, travel services, merchant buildings, and paved roads completed. • Westreach — a western coastal settlement with its harbor, ferry connection, customs and trade services, forge, market buildings, and paved roads completed. • Ranger's Rest — a frontier ranger settlement with its lodge, guildhall, forge, trail services, wilderness businesses, and paved roads completed. • Stormhollow — a storm-beaten harbor village with its ferry landing, mariners' services, forge, coastal businesses, and paved roads completed. • Frostward — a northern expedition village with its town hall, forge, watch, specialist supplies, paved roads, and the future attunement path for The Icebound Sanctum completed at the planning level. These settlements are no longer collections of unnamed structures. They now form a connected region with defined civic roles, commercial specialties, travel routes, addresses, and future gameplay functions. ROADS, BRIDGES, TUNNELS, AND REGIONAL TRAVEL The road network connecting Rivenmoor has been paved and organized. Bridges have been built wherever terrain and waterways require them, including large bridges with protected structural bases. Tunnels have been constructed through difficult terrain, and harbor routes connect coastal settlements such as Westreach and Stormhollow. The completed regional routes are: • The Crown-and-Briar Road • The Frostward Pass • The Fourfold Circuit • The Ranger's Way • The Reachward Road • The Silverbriar Way • The Silvercrown Road • The Silverway • The Spireward Road • The Stormbriar Road The Fourfold Circuit serves as an important shared road junction: Westreach connects from the east, Silverholt from the south, Ranger's Rest from the west, and Northspire from the north. Other named routes connect Kingshaven, Briarwick, Frostward, Stormhollow, and the wider regional network. The road, bridge, massive-bridge, and tunnel protection regions have been reviewed in game. Their layouts were checked against the actual construction, corrected where necessary, and configured to protect the infrastructure from block breaking, block placement, and unwanted interaction while allowing the regions to coexist properly with surrounding settlement protections. The temporary road-region overlays were removed from Dynmap after the layouts were approved. EVERY NAMED CITY AND VILLAGE ROAD All internal streets have official names so buildings can use stable, searchable addresses. Kingshaven • Admiralty Way • Artisan's Row • Charter Street • Crownlink Road • Guildmarket Street • Justice Street • Magistrat's Row • Meridian Avenue • Northgate Avenue • Regent's Way • Runestone Row • Silverhook Lane • Sovereign's Way • Triumph Avenue Northspire • Northwatch Lane • Sentinel Way • Snowbell Close • Spiregate Approach • Spiregate Avenue • Twinspire Lane Briarwick • Crownthorn Approach • Hawthorn Way • Silverthorn Road Silverholt • Briargate Lane • Silverheart Way Westreach • Harborreach Way • Mariner's Road • Northreach Road • Saltwind Lane Ranger's Rest • Arrowleaf Close • Longbow Lane • Trailhead Road • Warden's Way Stormhollow • Driftwood Close • Galecrest Road • Mistwatch Path • Squall Path • Stormtide Way Frostward • Everfrost Way • Rimefall Lane • Winterberry Close Together with the ten regional routes, this gives the completed Rivenmoor network 51 distinct named roads, streets, lanes, paths, approaches, passes, ways, and circuits. SETTLEMENT AND DISTRICT PROTECTION WorldGuard regions have been created or refined for the completed cities and villages. Their borders were adjusted to follow the actual settlement footprints, including docks, harbors, northern building limits, and important structures. Settlement regions extend through the world's full vertical range so protection cannot be bypassed above or below a town. Kingshaven's district borders were also refined where the Arena, Tideward waterfront, Arcanum Ward, Scholar's Rise, Eastgate Commons, and nearby buildings required more accurate boundaries. The protected settlements deny unauthorized building and decorative interaction. This allows doors and pressure plates to be enabled later through carefully placed higher-priority subregions while trapdoors and other decorative interactive blocks remain protected. BUILDINGS NOW HAVE IDENTITIES, PURPOSES, AND ADDRESSES Rivenmoor currently contains 172 designed building identities across 182 public entrances. Every marked entrance now has a matching hologram displaying the building name, street address, and concise purpose. The complete DecentHolograms configuration currently loads 192 holograms when portal and other non-building holograms are included. The building work included: • Naming every marked building. • Assigning every building a clear gameplay purpose. • Giving buildings orderly street addresses based on their physical position along each named road. • Numbering each street continuously with even numbers beginning at 10. • Ensuring separate buildings do not accidentally share the same identity or address. • Ensuring buildings with explicitly marked Door 1 and Door 2 use one shared identity and Door 1's address at both entrances. • Standardizing hologram height so building identities appear evenly above their physical markers. • Assigning a repair shop or blacksmith to every city and village. • Ensuring every settlement has exactly one combined Town Hall and Inn, rather than duplicating that role in multiple buildings. • Preserving assigned buildings such as banks, harbors, the Frostward attunement hall, and other marked civic locations. Several duplicate or conflicting identities were corrected during the audit. Secondary inns were converted into useful new destinations such as Crowned Hart Feast Hall, Northspire Builders' Guild, Northwatch Courier House, Far Lantern Beaconworks, and Trailmarker Workshop. Harbors were also clarified as passenger and ferry destinations rather than only security offices. SHOPS, SERVICES, REPUTATION, AND FURNISHING PLANS Detailed building blueprints now describe what each shop or public building is intended to contain. Commerce is deliberately distributed across Rivenmoor so no single shop or settlement sells everything. Players will need to travel between communities to find different woods, masonry, copper, glass, textiles, landscaping supplies, farming stock, redstone components, rail equipment, boats, food, alchemy materials, books, enchantments, furniture, pet services, and specialist equipment. Blueprints include draft inventories, prices, service roles, interior furnishing requirements, NPC-counter placement, storage and staff areas, quest interaction points, and important progression restrictions. Diamond and netherite equipment will not be ordinary shop stock, the Netherite Upgrade template will not be sold as a normal commodity, and difficult MyPet creatures will remain world-capture goals instead of simple purchases. Each settlement has its own planned reputation track: • Friendly — Uncommon • Honored — Rare • Revered — Epic • Exalted — Legendary Local reputation will unlock regional goods, cosmetics, recipes, custom equipment, and carefully selected special rewards. A settlement may eventually offer one curated rare companion, but difficult pets as a whole will not simply be placed in shops. QUEST-READY BUILDING DESIGN Every building blueprint includes at least one quest concept tied to that building's purpose. Blacksmiths can support repair and material quests, harbor offices can provide cargo and ferry work, ranger buildings can issue hunts and patrols, shops can request deliveries, and civic buildings can introduce players to their settlement. Town Halls and Inns are planned as the starting point for each community. They will provide basic food, lodging, information, public mailbox access, local reputation services, and a tour quest that introduces important buildings and quest contacts. All planned BetonQuest rewards will be delivered through MailboxGUI. Depending on the quest, the player's mailbox may receive items, economy money, or a letter. Cross-settlement quest chains can use those letters to direct the player to another village or city and identify the building or NPC who begins the next stage. These local stories will eventually connect into a larger Rivenmoor campaign once the region's quest-ready content is complete. ALL 98 IMPLEMENTED CUSTOM GEAR ITEMS ImagineCraft now has 98 implemented custom gear entries covering weapons, ranged weapons, armor, tools, shields, and horse armor. Interiors will be furnished and polished, shops will receive their final inventories and traders, public buildings will gain their NPCs and services, and local quests will be implemented and tested. Reputation rewards, MailboxGUI deliveries, cross-settlement letters, pet services, enchanting, repairs, harbor travel, and dungeon preparation will be connected as those interiors come online. Once the buildings are fully furnished and their gameplay roles are active, the ImagineCraft World Guide will be updated with detailed, connected databases for: • Cities, villages, and settlement services • Buildings, entrances, addresses, and interior functions • NPCs, dialogue roles, merchants, and quest contacts • Quests, objectives, prerequisites, destinations, and MailboxGUI rewards • Shops, inventories, prices, and reputation requirements • Custom gear, item sources, possible rolls, enchantments, and related equipment • Custom mobs, bosses, dungeons, attunements, and important travel connections The goal is for a player to move naturally between the website and the game: find a settlement, locate a building by its road and address, identify the correct NPC, understand a quest or service, and follow connected information without guessing where to go next. PROJECTED BETA ACCESS ImagineCraft is currently targeting a projected beta release of October 31, 2026. This is a development projection, not a final guaranteed release date. Beta may become available before that date or may move later depending on implementation, testing, balance, stability, and polish. Beta access will become available after the official ImagineCraft Discord has been published on the main website. Once it is live, interested players will be able to join the Discord and request access to the game. Rivenmoor's roads now lead somewhere, its buildings have identities, and its communities have a foundation for stories. The next stage is bringing those places to life.
